In order to read the meaning of each card more deeply, it is very important to experience deep meditation yourself.
Otherwise, you will not be able to understand the true meaning of the card explanations that are based on meditation, and especially the words that Osho has put into them.
In my experience, the deeper you meditate, the more your intuition increases and the meaning of each card gradually changes.
This time, we will focus on emotional release and meditation methods that can be done .

*What is Osho active meditation?
It was scientifically designed by Osho after a long period of experimentation so that you can consciously express, experience and release your emotions and sensations.
Date and time: October 28th (Sat)
Morning session 10:30~12:00 (10:00door open)
*Dynamic meditation will be performed in the morning.
Afternoon session 14:00~17:00 (13:30door open)
Participation fee: ¥1000 for morning only
¥3000 for those joining in the afternoon
¥3000 for those who participate from morning to afternoon
Location: Tokyo (we will inform those who apply)
What to bring: Drinking water, a portable cushion or yoga mat ( your butt will love it), and a change of clothes as you will be sweating ( dynamic meditation will make you sweat. Meditation in the afternoon will hardly make you sweat).
Clothes for the day: Loose, comfortable clothes that don’t tighten your body.
